What is the phone number to contact the customer representative?

They will go to ur michigan address i guess.
Online u can change the address for each receipt number of ead ,485 and ap using ar-11 form online link. or u can also call custom rep also to make sure it is reflected.FP notice they will send a copy to ur lawyer .So ask him to let you know once he gets it. sending ar-11 form itself does not change the address against the recipt numbers.

you can also change employers immediately. Your spouse is the primary applicant, and hte 180 day AC21 rule applies to her. You can:
- use EAD whenever you want
- change jobs whenever you want
- change job profile however you want.
she:
- can use EAD whenever she wants
- change jobs after 180 days
- change onto a job in the same or similar profile.
Now if the secondary applicant also has a 140/485 application filed this means that he or she should wait for six months also.. I have an EAD (as of yesterday) from my wife's application. Mine is just the 485 -- no EADs/APs etc. If I contract on the side with my EAD (invalidating my H1b) does my employer find out? Am I obligated to tell?

Yes you can transfer based on the receipt number. There is not restriction on how many H1B petition can be filed on your behalf by different employers simultaneously. As long as you have no GAP in your paystubs during this transition you should be OK. I have gone through this experience in the past without any issue.

Shouldn't the whole decision be given in 15 calender days ? My 7th year H1 ext was filed 11 days ago. No clue of a receipt number yet.
Mine was applied for 7 th year Ext in Regular Processing and got receipt on May 15 . Bumped to PP couple of week back got a notification on 06/20 saying request was recived for Premium Processing ,Same day recipt date was re-set to 06/20 ( earlier 05/15) .Waiting for the approval some time this week .

1) Print the completed form 9089 from the SEVIS website, and have the lawyer sign it.
2) Attach it to the letter stating that labor has been certified.

Thanks, both of you. I got it yesterday, did a few test shots in a creek by my home and took a bunch of pics in the Black River this morning. In a fast riffle, there were some streaks from bubbles, but that didn't detract from the shot (subject was a smallmouth bass close up). In fact, I think it added the sense of current flow.
The Black is a very clear river, but it is not like the ocean. Looks like the closer the subject the better. I'm also learning how to process these images. I've been shooting for about 40 years, but this is a whole other world, and I'm on a learning curve. It's cool, though.
